One of the free weight loss tips that I going to share with you here is to not reduce the amount of food you eat. Sound contradicting? This may be quite a solution but is it not the best weight loss solution out there. In fact, if you reduce too much food intake, it may cause your body more harms than good. So how do you lose weight effectively without harming your body? Read on.

1. Eat properly. Instead of skipping meals and eating less, you just need to eat properly. To lose weight, you need to watch what you are feeding your body. Junk food and soft drink are bad for your health, and they only add more layers of fats around your waist. You need to eat healthy meal to get the necessary nutrients from your diets. It is also healthier to eat foods which are steamed or broiled rather than fried, so as to reduce the amount of fats intake for your body.

2. Have a regular diet plan. By skipping meals regularly, you will not be able to lose weight effectively. If your body is being starved, it will retain food as fat so as to produce energy for you. With this, not only will you not be able to lose weight, it is bad for your health too. Instead of skipping meals, try to take in small meals at more frequent intervals to prevent starving your body.

3. Increase your muscle mass. Muscles burn calories all day round and you are encouraged to pump up your muscles. The more muscles you have, the less fat will be left around your stomach and waist. To achieve more muscle mass, you can start jogging 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes each session. Then spend at least 3 times every week in your gym to pump up the respective parts of your body.

4. Engage in more cardio exercises. Aerobics and jogging are great ways to increase your cardio-vascular endurance and lean muscle mass. With an increase in muscle mass and longer cardio-vascular endurance, you will be able to work out longer and burn more excess body fat. Aerobics also make your metabolic process more efficient, thus burning more fats all day long.

To lose weight effectively, time and effort need to be committed. You need to discipline yourself from eating junk foods and soft drink, as well as keep to your exercise regime. By having regular workouts and eating healthily, you will soon find yourself losing more pounds than you ever thought imaginable.
